Hi, I just read your post and wanted to offer support to you..my mom is 82 with CLL and doing ok...sounds like you have a lot of faith and trust in your Dr..keep the faith, never give up, and maintain a positive mental attitude. Remember Norman Cousins cured his cancer through laughter.. may you find some during this trying time in your life...thinking and praying for you! Kim

Close Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)
Type: B-cellI was diagnosed with CLL in June 2008, went through the whole series of tests, and was told my bone marrow was 90% comprimised so I had to start treatment.
Treatments
- Chemotherapy Working / Worked
- I'm so glad it's working. Still don't know how long it will last. Hoping for the best. This really tears my stomach up when I have treatment. I think it's the Cytoxan. My primary Dr. told me it's a very old and very toxic drug.
