Well, we've watched July go quickly! I hope you had success with your goals for the month! I lost 14.4 pounds this month, even with vacation, so I am very pleased with that. I'm taking a break from having a Weight Loss Buddy in August, as I'm having my surgeries for skin cancer and facial reconstruction on 8/4. Pretty much scared wittless, but you do what you've got to do...you know? Here's to a good August to both of us!!
