Close Atrial Fibrillation (AFib)

I have had afib for about 5 years,recently I have had a few scary episodes.Doctor tells me I am fine though. I have had to learn what I can eat or drink and what I can do .Also not to go at things so hard. It is a scary feeling though knowing you have something that can lead to stroke of something worse.I was reading some of the post and someone was saying that de-caf coffee can trigger an episode. is this true?

It seems to work if I take alone and not eat or drink anything with ,sometimes though on long stressful days I feel like it wears off.
