Close Myasthenia Gravis
30 year old female, diagnosed with MG @16. MG under control, however side effects from meds at this point are mounting.
Treatments
- Azathioprine Not Working
- Made me very ill, had to stop 3 weeks in.
- Mestinon Working / Worked
- Works for weakness, after 13 years started causing stomach issues.
- Prednisone Working / Worked
- I was able to lower my Mestinon however have issues with steroid affects.
- Thymectomy Somewhat Helpful
- Thymectomy, 14 years ago. little change
- Neurontin Too Soon to Tell
- working on getting to 900mg per day for neuropathy.
