About Me
Narcotics Anonymous is my stepping stone to a new life, I am a grateful member, also, I am a single mother of 2, a boy and a girl. I enjoy movies, the beach, going to the fair, reading when I can find the time, and am a recovering meth and everything else addict. My faith in God helps me deal with my Mom having stage 4 lung cancer, she is not responding well to the chemo and the cancer is now spreading. God give me strength, I feel so bad she is in so much pain and is so sick.

Interests
Most of my spare time lately is spent going to NA meetings to keep my recovery #1. I also spend alot of time at home with my children, watching tv, playing Wii., helping with homework, cooking, and cleaning. We enjoy family outings going shopping.

Close Meth Addiction & Recovery
Meth addiction for 21 years, with the acception of 2 pregnancies and nursing baby. In recovery today, Narcotics Anonymous is the program that is keeping me abstinent from all drugs and alcohol.
Treatments
- Detox Working / Worked
- Too many years ago to talk about, went through 5 recovery homes, completing 2, one inpatient and one outpatient,years ago.
- Narcotics Anonymous (NA) Working / Worked
- By the grace of God, I am a member of Narcotics Anonymous today and have a sponsor that is tough, also I have a home group. I am living one day at a time and am so grateful that I am part of a free program that teaches me a new way to live, free from addiction, and I don't have to go away from my children but, am working a program.
Close Life After Divorce
After 4 years being separated from my husband I am free from loving him and am ready for a new love of my life, which I do have someone I have fallen in love with, but we are not in a relationship...hopefully we will be one day soon.
Open Lung Cancer
My Mom was diagnosed with lung cancer in May 2008, she is in stage 4, the chemo is not helping, the cancer is spreading, she has both lungs and a bronchial tube with cancer, she is really sick. My sister tells me she is not going to be here for the holidays, I ache for her. I don't want to lose my Mother, she is only in her late 50s. God please be with her.
Open Single Parenting
4 yrs. ago I kicked out my husband, I have a boy and a girl. My daughter is almost 19 and my son is 10. They both live with me and go to school. My daughter is in college and holds down a part time job. I was a single parent with her, her dad never was around, until I met my husband when she was 6 yrs. old, we lived together for years and married in 2000. My children are awesome and I love them so much!!
