I came to this site to look for ways to help my daughter who has a 504 plan for anxiety issues. She has a teacher this year that is not following her plan. I also have Adult ADD and have had anxiety issues in the past.

Close Teen Anxiety
I am a parent of an anxious teenage daughter who has been doing very well in school. She has a 504 plan this year from a previous IEP for her anxiety. I am not sure the teachers really understand her 504 plan. she is receiving a zero for not presenting a report after having a panic attack in school. Here for support in how to help her.

- Adderall Working / Worked
- worked great until I realized I wasn't getting enough sleep.
- Strattera Not Working
- Tried it once and didn't work for me
- Vyvanse Working / Worked
- Worked great until I realized again I was not getting enough sleep and my anxiety was increasing.
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- Still on a low dose of Wellbutrin for depression and hope to help with ADD too.
Open Codependency
I am just learning what codependency means. I think I am codependent....here to learn more.
