  I took Paxil for a while..it was the first antidepreesant I ever took..it is strong stuff, not something I would recommend going on and off with, but I am not a doctor, just know what it did to me..I was spaced out totally and lost my appetite in the beginning. I am on Lexapro now and it has been pretty even keel since I switched (years ago0.. I have not noticed much effects of Synthroid except better sleep and not as sleepy all the time. Did notice a feeling in my Thyroid when I missed Synthroid for a few days and when I first started, but otherwise nothing much..
