      Treatments

      Accutane Not Working
      Didn't work for me. Just gave me exzima on my arms and legs.
      Benzoyl Peroxide Working / Worked
      Works pretty good but leaves my skin very red and irritated. Good for spot treatments on bad breakouts.
      Claritin Working / Worked
      Disciovered by accident that Claritin helps keep my acne under control. Some of my skin problems must be related to allergies because taking claritin daily really helps.
      Doxycycline Working / Worked
      Working well for me. just started it a few days ago and seeing a big difference with little side affects.
      Washing Working / Worked
      I use plain onld ivory or dove soap. It works well for me and is less irritating. I use a wash cloth a few times a week at night before applying Neutrogena retinol cream. Dont scrub too hard...just gently.

      I have had panic attacks my entire life....since I was about 10 years old.

      Treatments

      Ativan Working / Worked
      Works very well but leaves me tired. I have to take anywhere from 1 to 3 mg per day, spread out over the day.
      Zoloft Working / Worked
      Works very well. Only 25 mg per day.
