      made me more alert, but did not improve my ability to do schoolwork or listen to details

      definitely helps me concentrate if it is consistent with a steady beat and no lyrics, such as Trance music. Classical Music is also good.

      learning which difficulties in my life are actually caused by the ADHD has completely changed the way I view myself and approach life.

      made me hyper-anxious, so stopped right away

      still not really sure if it helped. Stopped taking it for now. Perhaps later the psychologist will try it again with me. Right now I am working on improving my mood.

      This is my solution!! I take it with 15 mg of lexapro, and my mood has been absolutely fantastic. I feel like I did 8 years ago, before any of the depression started. In fact, I feel better, because, being older, I know so much more about myself and the world around me. Some side affects are increased distractablity and quivering hands.
