I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia for 4 years now. I was doing good and one day it seemed that I just couldn't go any more. I went to a zillion doctors, am now on several meds, and thankfully able to do most of the demands of my life - although sometimes it is very hard!!

Helps and I realize how much when I get the bright idea to go off of it. It contributed to my weight gain however.

Helped some but was switched to Lyrica.

I can not tell any difference with the Utram (extended release) but the tramadol helps a lot.
