I'm a fun and happy person. Just trying to be normal... I new how to live my life before I was diagnosed with Epilepsy.. Now I'm just trying to adjust and learn how to live life to the fullest WITH Epilepsy... I know what I can and cannot do.. I have a wonderful husband who is extremely supportive and a wonderful dog..Abby who is my daughter..haha.. I'm happy!!

Treatments
- Ativan Not Working
- The doctor didn't have me on a large enough does. I didn't think it would help me anyway. I didn't want to be anymore druged up than the seizure meds were already druggin me.
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- no artificial sweetners, Potatoes, pasta, rice, breads, caffine, corn sweetner, corn syrup, corn starch, wheat products, MSG's, certain types of OTC meds such as cold meds because of ingrediants. If I have any of these things I will have seizures within 30 minutes.. simple.
- Keppra Too Soon to Tell
- i'm on 2500mg's per day. still having seizures.
- Lamictal Somewhat Helpful
- it caused my hair to start falling out so I had to stop it...
- Neurontin Not Working
- Did not work.. Had terrible hallucinations, auditory and visual, and parinoia. and I still had seizures.
- Topamax Somewhat Helpful
- 175mg's per day basically I think I'm only on this for the trigiminal nuerolgia and to help the Keppra. It does help with the head aches.
