I am a mother of a 7yr old boy with autism he is very hyper and is always on the go he also has a sleep disorder he cant sleep with out meds and they only work 1/2 the time . as much love as he gives me is equal to the amount of emotional stress I feel when he starts tanntruming . I have learned that in most cases when my child is over stimulated he gets out of control. People on the outside looking in most think what kind of a mother am I The kind that has to deal with AUTISM thats what kind.

Behavior Managment starting . Brushing works for a while but no big change.

loved it he did very well and thank god he started earley 18 months .about 6 months befor we found out about the PDD

Occupational Therapy Somewhat Helpful

it worked for a while

Risperdal Not Working

it made my kid gain 20 pounnd in 6 month and didnt work

Vision Therapy Working / Worked

he did vision therapy but not for the autism he was born with a rare genatic gene disorder called acromatopcia
