So i think soup is the better food for now....so far.
it makes me feel a little better. and so far i can stomach it.

Hi, I highly suggest you go see your md and get some help. First, for nausea nad vomiting,know tha GRAVOL is actually safe for use in pregnancy, contrary to what may be indicated on the box. You can veryify my info by contacting motherisk.org; call them up and speak to them in person, if you can.
motherisk.org even has a free 1-800 telephone line for morning sickness, as it is called. What a misnomer. You can have nausea and vomiting at any time of the day. No wonder you are so disgusted with food. Which is why you need to see an md, to get prescription help. One common medication for nausea and vomiting is diclectin. You may also ask you md for something like losec or ranitidine to cut down your stomach acitidty, which actually can really aggravate your nausea. The acidity is cased by pregnancy hormones. PS imp. for you to get help, because you can actually get dehydrated, baby may not grow, etc. So, please do not wait. And you will feel so much better too! Good luck
