i have had depression since i was 8, and instead of it getting better i think its getting worst, i tried to make a goal but it didnt get moved up at all.
I'm 18 and i have lived with insomnia for a while now, i have never taken any meds for it.
migraines run in my family and i have had them for years. i am now 18 and nothing works
