Thank you, Fay!! I couldn't believe how fast I've fell into this eating disorder chaos, but your support really helped me emotionally. It took me about 7 years to overcome last time I got it, and I know this won't go away tomorrow or any time soon, but I guess I can fight very slowly. :)

Thanks Fay, met up with my sister yesterday for a surprise anniversary lunch organised by my husband (15 years - where has that time gone)! anyhow, she said she could see a difference from about a month ago, so the shrinkage must still be happening, which is encouraging.

    • Close Acromegaly

2004 I went to see a hand specialist as my GP had told me she thought I had Carpal Tunnel,it was during this visit he decided to send me downstairs for an xray and when I went back into him he said it was what he had thought and I should make an appointment with my GP and take it from there, that's when I found out he suspected I had Acromegaly.

    • Close Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

4 years ago my life was so normal, in fact mundane at times, then I discovered I had Carpal Tunnel but that wasn't the main cause there was a bigger problem, I was diagnosed with Acromegaly.
