Sorry to hear that. You're so not alone. Have you looked at the Depression Group here at all? Just when I thought things were under control, the season changes and I wake up this morning and can't make a fist. My left wrist feels like it has fallen asleep, cold fingers, pain, stiffness, you know the drill. Dang it! We're with you & hope things turn around again soon. "Down to 70's or 80's"? SO my kind of weather!!!!!

been goin thru menopause for several years now. none of the docs i've seen seemed to think it was severe enuf to put me on any meds. am finding a new doc right after the first of the year.
