    • About Me

I was diagnosed with MS in 2005 after spending a few years of wrong diagnosis. Big surprise there huh? lol I'm making the best of it now and seem to be on a good treatment plan. It keeps me going for my two sweet grandbabies, that's what's really important you know! lol I've been married to my best friend for over 28yrs now and he has been my biggest supporter. I have a son and a daughter, both are grown and married now but still come running when I need them. I am so blessed to have my family's support, I don't know what I would do without it.

    • Interests

I'm interested in being the best that I can for Christ. Without Him I would be nothing. I'm addicted to HGTV, all of the Law and Order series, and I have read all of Nora Roberts books. I love to work in my flower garden when I'm up to it especially my rose bushes. I still enjoy good music: Eric Clapton, Jackson Browne and my favorite of today's music is 3 Doors Down and Daughtrey. I loved telling my kids stories about being at Peter Framton and REO Speedwagon concerts! What can I say, I would have been a rock star if I had the talent. lol Sound like a facinating combo? You bet ya!

    • Close Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

I was dx in 05 and had to retire.I had to figure out who I was all over again. I didn't know if I liked the new me. This person couldn't remember anything, she walked funny, and her brain was full of lesions. Oh well you learn to adjust right? lol It's better now and I've learned to give myself a break when things don't go right. I have a great family to support me and that makes all the difference in the world. Plus I can laugh at myself too!

I have never been officially diagnosed with OCD but have suffered with it since childhood. I have MS and that only makes it worse.

    • Open Migraine Headaches

I have atypical migraines which led me to a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. I have suffered with migraines pretty much all of my life but it was only in the last few years that they forced me to seek help. I always worked through or around them but they eventually took control of me.
