About Me
I have goals! And decided to post them in my about me. SO Here we go 1) Lose 46 pounds. I'll post my accomplishments once I reach 10 markers! 2) Have a body fat of 21% 3) Be a size 7 4) Eat healthy everyday! I am in university so it's hard sometimes to think of what would be a healthy food, or what is quick! I am trying! I also now have a trainer so watch out ;)

Interests
I love music. It's what I am studying in Uni. I also love animals. I take great interest in the environment and the animals that we own/live around us. I hope to have more of an interest in exercising and running and eating healthy come the end of December!!!

Type: Be the best you can beI have always been active, except from when I was about 10-16 I didn't go to the gym barely walked anywhere except for school. And I gained weight and felt horrible. I now workout and I want to be a runner!

- Personal Trainer Working / Worked

- I am in training I want to do the 5k breast cancer run and Hopefully! I will be able to do a half marathon in a year :)
- Weight Training Working / Worked
- It's great for muscle definition. I am looking into a personal trainer as well!

I just really need to lose some weight!
Treatments
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- I just try to have a couple veggies either in a sandwich or on their own. For now it seems to be working. One day hopefully it will be second nature to just grab veggies instead of carbs or sugary foods.
- Eat Less Working / Worked
- Trying to not stuff myself and just eat enough to "live" as I say. In other words I eat to live not live to eat (or I am trying to at least)
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- Gym stuff and attempting to run
