      I have goals! And decided to post them in my about me. SO Here we go 1) Lose 46 pounds. I'll post my accomplishments once I reach 10 markers! 2) Have a body fat of 21% 3) Be a size 7 4) Eat healthy everyday! I am in university so it's hard sometimes to think of what would be a healthy food, or what is quick! I am trying! I also now have a trainer so watch out ;)

    • Interests

      I love music. It's what I am studying in Uni. I also love animals. I take great interest in the environment and the animals that we own/live around us. I hope to have more of an interest in exercising and running and eating healthy come the end of December!!!

      I have always been active, except from when I was about 10-16 I didn't go to the gym barely walked anywhere except for school. And I gained weight and felt horrible. I now workout and I want to be a runner!

      I am in training I want to do the 5k breast cancer run and Hopefully! I will be able to do a half marathon in a year :)
      Weight Training Working / Worked
      It's great for muscle definition. I am looking into a personal trainer as well!

      I just really need to lose some weight!

      Treatments

      Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
      I just try to have a couple veggies either in a sandwich or on their own. For now it seems to be working. One day hopefully it will be second nature to just grab veggies instead of carbs or sugary foods.
      Eat Less Working / Worked
      Trying to not stuff myself and just eat enough to "live" as I say. In other words I eat to live not live to eat (or I am trying to at least)

      Gym stuff and attempting to run
