Add your support I've been thinking back to about four years ago when I had pancreatitis, and I think I would rather have another 3-month stint of that than this all-over joint pain everyday...-lol. At least then I would know it would end eventually+docs will give really good pain meds for that, so I wouldn't hurt very much-rofl!
Comments
I found a Doc I would like to see, but I don't know if my PCP will go for it. There is also a chance that this doctor will not see me, as he is limiting new patients on a case-by-case basis.
{fingers crossed}

I know what you mean. Chronic pain sucks cause you don't see an end to it. I've been jealous of my brother who got sick all of a sudden, and got into the dr, had a colonoscopy, got one pill for it and tada, back to regular life all in a few shorts months! My grandma also found a lump in her breast, had it biopsied, surgery to remove it, some radiation and she was just fine in only a few short months! (Didn't even have pain, not even with her surgery!) It is a bit -sick- to be jealous of someone who had cancer, but they either go into remission or die. With POTS I'm constantly feeling crappy and it's been years. I may grow out of it soon but there is no guarantee and if I don't I will have it all my life. I would much rather have something I can get through and put in the past and never have to deal with again, like another kidney stone.

Hi - wondering how you are doing? Did you get some answers with the doctor visit? I thought I saw a question about hot tubs and landlords - as far as I know a landlord can deny the hot tub on the property because of the possibility of damage to property or personal injury that they are not willing to deal with it financially. I used to go to the hospital in Idaho and they had a whirl pool and I loved it. There is also hotels that allow people to come in and use their pools and hot tubs for therapy. You will need a doctor note. Good luck with it. Hope you are doing better! Hugs CathyM and Otis
