I hope to get some help understanding this disease better, and knowing what to look forward to...how to plan, etc.
Hi Diane. I can relate to your experience of voltaren. It worked wonders for me and controlled the inflammation in my spine fairly well so i could function. But boy if i missed a dose, i felt it. Now i am cutting my dose in half and am ecstatic. Take care. and hugs everyday.
Hi Diane. I will share anything from my experience to help you through.
Hi Diane! I actually take your advice to heart when i read it. I have had my share of talking to men online for 5 years. I had short relationships with 2 and the last one you know about. This man (Chris) i talked to for 2 months and it didn't lead anywhere, so we stopped talking. Apparently he never forgot me and came back to apologize for being the way he was and wants to get to know me and solidify our feelings in person. He paints a pretty picture, picket fence, two cats and a happy family. As much as i want that...i know better than to jump in blindly like i have before. I told him to come meet me and see if he feels the same and than he can think of moving here. Thank you so much for caring and please continue giving me advice.
Diane, your advice struck a cord when i read it. Thank you!!
Good Luck!

Have had symptoms of AS for many years but just diagnosed. My younger brother and his son have it. He has had to quit work. I am not ready emotionally to do so, but physically I just want to lie in the hot sand. Anyone else feel that way?
