I have ovarian cancer, am presently in remission, am a substitute teacher, a mother of two, and believe that strength comes from humor, a belief in ourselves and our spiritual life, and mostly the love and support of family and friends (even new online ones!) I think I could be of some help to other women going through the same diagnosis.

Hiya thanks for your encouragement and support here.. we are so much stronger together in this pea-souper.. (thats what we call a fog over here)... I'm feeling good and managing the meds better Ithink.. though it's early days still.. Hope you are continuing to get stronger every day.. Huge love and a hug.. xxx

I’m With You
Hi Susan, I am originally from Chicago, moved to Minneapolis at age 5, then Cincinnati at age 16. Then my parents moved to Libertyville, IL when I was 20. I was married in Libertyville but have lived in Indianapolis my entire married life. So Chicago's been a part of my entire life. I'm now one year out of treatment so not yet really relaxing about being a survivor quite yet. Hugs, Janet
