      #1 Theres NO Way! Your hand was ready at 3 weeks! That alone is a law suit! It takes 6 weeks for you to be ready, with the strength to do any type of work! Iv recently had both hands done. Right hand took 8 weeks to heal, Left hand almost 12 weeks! Theres different Severities of the surgery for everyone and on each hand! Get yourself a Workmens comp lawyer. Asap! Under the National Workmens Comp Laws, your entitled to a settlement! Im so sorry you are going through this, and its uncalled =for. No way can you safely go back in 3 weeks!
