      I have been symptomatic since I was 11. I am now 32 and was just diagnosed a few months ago. (I had all the usual misdiagnoses: depression, bipolar, ADD.)

      Treatments

      Provigil Somewhat Helpful
      Provigil saved my life... for about 3 1/2 years. Then it stopped working. I stopped taking it for several months, but haven't found anything else so I'm back on it with minimal success. (I'm allergic to Ritalin and Xyrem; I have had some negative reactions to (and very short-lived success) with antidepressants and Adderall.
