Ah for the love of a stroke Mood
Sunday, July 5, 2009 | An Inspiring story

Today I jogged a real long distance. Man was it far. I really enjoyed most of my run. I did it for me and for my friends who are survivors of stroke pain.

Kudos to you guys!!

Hang in there guys. I had the worst night ever, and I decided to make something positive out of it. I decided to run for those who have lost their ability to walk.  I will tell you honestly, yesterday was shitty. Real shitty. I hate swearing but that pretty much explains it. My brain was going nuts, I felt like killing myself and that sucks. Sometimes it feels like someone takes your brain and shakes it around like a snow globe. Sometimes it takes a few days to get back to normal. We must hang in their. All of us who deal with an  ailment. Remember we all need love!!! So take some time out of your busy schedule and show someone love. Life is but a breath and our tears but a moment of pain. Stand up and look to the healer for hope and strength. God loves you no matter what you are going through. Take a moment and find hope, because surely it is waiting for you!

One of the greatest things that helped me out was listening to Joy Williams music.

I thought of some of her tunes when I ran today. God Bless Her.

I will never leave you nor forsake you. Hebrews 13:5
