Looks great! Does your yarn really look all neat like that or did you make it pretty for the photo? Mine is always all tangled and in a big knotted ball no matter how careful I am!
Yeah, I re-wound the skeins just for the pic. I'm so pleased that you noticed :-)))) I'm a neat freak with my yarn, but not with my house. :{ I'm knitting a rainbow scarf right now. I've stuffed the 6 skeins into plastic cups, because they're loosely wound (the skeins, not the cups), and then I put the cups in one of the above trays (homemade) to keep them from falling over all the time. I'll take a pic of it and post it sometime this week. It's curling quite a bit, so I hope I can straighten it out enough. BTW, I really like YOUR rainbow scarf on etsy!! You are so creative! Megan loved it, too. Rainbows are her thing right now.
Thanks. My nephew's wife picked lavender, chocolate brown and sage green for the nursery colors. They look great together, but it's impossible to find all three of those colors in one yarn type. I'll have to see if I can work on it outside so I can finish it for her. It's taking forever because I have to break the yarn when I finish a whole square. I'll have to cover the back, too because there will be too many tails to weave in. I'll probably put some backing in it and call it good.
I tried that but the yarn is too thick and it ended up lumpy and bumpy. It looked awful. It's Lion Brand Suede. Although, I was trying to knit over the lengths that I was carrying. Hmmm, I might have to try to just run them up and then set the tension of the carry-up when I start knitting it again. Thanks for helping with the "think through"!

If you're going to put a backing on it, maybe you can just carry the colors up??
