I'm such an idiot, I don't know how I get confused, but my goal updates are just journal entries. Anyways, I use to be thin, 90 lbs. Really too thin. Then I had a low thyroid problem that went undiagnosed for 3 years, throw in insulin resistence on top, and I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! For the first time in my life, I had to lose weight. AND bty, getting put on thyroid medication isn't a magic pill that melts the pounds away. I had to work my ass off. I walked twice a day and rode my bike twice a day as well. So i basically exercised 4 times a day and it was still very diffficult to lose the weight. I finally did but recently gained back about 14 pounds. I so do NOT want to go back to being overweight!!!! Well, I got on the scale this morning and found out I had lost weight. I lost 3 lbs, but gained it back, so I was 130 again :( Now I'm down to 122 :) My first goal is to get where i was last time (118.) After I achieve that, my next goal is to get down to 110. For my size I think that is reasonable. It's not like I am trying to be 90 lbs. again. I walk everyday, and considering I am on a gluten free diet currently, (my god, wheat, rye, barley is in everything!!!) I've not been eating much and when I do it is healthy! To make matters worse (or better depending how you look at it) I am on a soft diet due to my jaw pain. Needless to say, I don't have a whole lot of options when it comes to food. But hey, I'm losing weight so I'm not complaining.
