38 years old from South Africa... mom of twins who are 4, going thru a divorce/seperation after 13 years together and married 6yrs - confused... angry, upset.. Thought this is what I wanted - but am scared of being alone.. and a single parent... and he seems to have moved on, and forgotten 13 years, in a mere 6 months!!

Mum of 4yr old twins, seperated 4 months.. married 6 yrs, together 13, I was second wife - met him when he was still married and went thru his first divorce...he has 4 kids (mine included).. and has left me, feelings of euphoria to begin with.. now in deepest depression as he has a GF.. .sad and lonely

- I was not willing to discuss our problems.. and used our sessions as a 'blaming game'.. went for a few sessions, and gave up!
- Support Groups Somewhat Helpful
- I chat on a twin forum.. but everyone is happily married and I feel alone... and pathetic.
