Hey sweetie, I miss you! I have been haning in there. I had been doing really well and then last month was just a disaster. I was 9 days late for my period and was testing negative but finally went to the doctor and sure enough I wasn't pregnant just ovulated 9 days late. That was 41 day cycle....awesome. But i think I am getting back on track. My new Bible Study just started so I have something to focus on. How are you? When are you starting up again?

There is a place called Darling Yoga off of College & Quivira (in the Wendy's/Tequila Harry's parking lot-- The South East corner of the intersection). They offer a variety of classes in prenatal yoga and when I contacted them they said they would love to do private classes that work around the Luna/Fertility Yoga as they don't have an actual class for that specifically. For right now, I have been practicing Yoga on my own w/ a little handbook, but when I actually begin classes I think I will probably go there! Talk to ya soon.

I JUST realized that we are both from Overland Park!!! What a small world, what a comfort to know that someone that's in my shoes is actually near hehe! I hope you enjoy your weekend!! I'm gonna try and relax as much as possible, work was hectic today!

Hey, thanks for the comment on my journal. If you flip to pages 43-47, go ahead and answer yes or no to each question. Whichever section is most dominant (the most yes's) is where you are having the most deficiency (according to the book). You may have marked 'yes' in several of the other sections, and this is fine too, you are just not lacking as much in these areas. Your main focus will be this dominant section. For instance mine ended up being a 'Spleen Qi Deficiency' (pronounced chee). Further into the book you will be able to find dietary and herbal suggestions depending on where you need the most healing. It is not only a diet, it is a complete life change... You may be asked to lay off of sugar, caffeine, nicotine, and certain foods you would never imagine even mattered! LOL!
I find that the benefit of natural alternatives is this--
Rather than substituting your lack of hormones (or whatever your fertility issue may be) with synthetic material, like chemically altered medicines made in labs that cause side effects etc... You are able to find the same results through simple adjustments in the foods you eat, what you drink, and if you decide to take herbs. The herbs work over a longer period of time, but they restore your bodies natural ability to produce hormones on its own, rather than treating the symptom (in my case i dont have a period and the medication makes me have one), I use herbs that coax my body into producing the hormone on my own- No synthetic medications necessary, with the help of food & healthy choices you can assist your body in functioning without all the Western Medicine.
Let me know if I can help you in ANY way!!! Good Luck! :)
