  I'm at a stand still too. Been a week since I've lost anything. My first plateau. Ugh. I go back to the dr. today. Only been about 10 weeks since my surgery but seems like a lot longer. I'm down 58 pounds but frustrated it's not more. Not sure why that is. Guess you get greedy when it starts coming off and then stops. I'm happy with what I've lost. Wanted to hit that 60 pound mark and I only have 10 more to go to get below 200.

  Hi! Just wanted to say good luck with everything. I had GBS also. Would love to chat anytime if you like. I struggle from time to time so could always use more friends who are going through what I am. My surgery was Aug 27th. I'm down 57 pounds.

  You are doing great too..I'm eating hormels turkey chili...delish!! 98% fat free it just feels good to chew something...what do you drink for protein I go to gnc and get the 50 grand slam has 50grams of protein I drink half in the morning and half @ night tastes great!!!

  I feel great 16 days today down 31 pounds just cleared to eat some REAL FOOD!!! turkey chili damn good lol!!! how bout you?
