  I love stoli & sprite, they did say after 6months you CAN have carbonated things but they must be diet so we will see. My doc told me 6months before drinking...I HATE IT!!!! I was told to drink a LIGHT, low carb beer when I do drink....what did you drink this weekend?? My doc said between 60-80 grams of protien, I get about 40-50 daily, its HARD. So, I got sick of loosing my hair and CUT it:-) I will post a pic of it, had 5-6inches cut off!! screw it, it was falling out anyway!

  My doctors office sees me at 10days, 2months, 6months and then yearly. So, I dont go back until feb. My BMI has gone from 41 to 31 so that is AMAZING!!! My clothes are all TOO big Again, in a 12-14 now, was in a 20 so I shouldnt be too disapointed but I am:-( I know it will come but 7 lbs in a month isnt much, at all!! Hey, have you drank any more yet? I still havent, too scared but want to BAD!! How much protien did you say your doc wanted you to have??

  Yeah, I am feeling ok otherwise, havent been sick AT ALL, NOCK on wood:-) Just really bummed that I havent lost any more!! I want to be in the 160's by Christmas!! That was only 11lbs...not asking alot! Just frusterated bad!!

  Hey, how are you?? Are you still loosing...IM NOT, I figured out that I have only lost 7lbs in a MONTH!!! what the hell?????

  That is so awesome, I am still at 173 so we are still VERY close:-) My hair is still falling out, I am having a VERY hard time with it!!! Thank god I have thick hair but with the way I am loosing it it wont be long before its THIN!!!!

  I completely understand what you are saying. This living on a half a cup of apple juice and a cup of broth a day, could drive a person crazy. I really don't think this is good for my body. I am consuming less than 125 calaries a day. That does not seem right, but I will continue to follow the diet. The next two weeks will be painful. I just want to eat regular food. Oh well, we will both get through it together. Any word on Dan's surgery?

  Thank you for the nice note. We are now offically in this together. We share something that the others just don't understand. You are a great friend and appreciate all that you have done and your suppport. Just wait until this summer in the hood, we are going to knock them dead. Talk to you soon.
