  I got a little buzz, nothing major, I was too afraid to push it and drink too much because I was on a date and didnt want to get sick:-) Men are babies!! BAD!! He will be just fine, tell him to push the OJ and get better SOON!!!

  I am too scared to throw up, I make sure whatever I am eating is under the 5-10g of sugar, I have had a tiny bite of a choc but thats it....!!

  Hello again, well my hair dresser said that ALOT of my hair loss was more so breakage from the ends of my hair. Now it looks MUCH healthier and I have noticed a change in my hair loss, I am still loosing, BELIEVE ME, still more than I like to see in my hands every day but not like I was. Yeah, you may want to just keep some 1/2 flat diet coke around so when you want a drink you will have a mixer. The other thing is Crystal Light is AWESOME with vodka, its sugar free & fizz free. They say that the most important thing about the soda is the gas it will give you, to me its not really worth it. I have had a sip of it too and could care less to have another sip...my tastes have changed BIG TIME!! I hear ya about the working out, I havent been all that great about it, I have been very tired and only work out 3xs a week, last night I could only do 9minutes....oh well!!

  I have done alot of research online too and they agree that after 6months its safe to drink soda and that it WILL NOT stretch your stomach and that it is an old wives tale so who the hell knows:-) That is SOOO awesome about the BMI, you have done great!! I have attached a pic of my new hair cut, check it out. I like it and have noticed a change in the loss for whatever reason.
