  oh well thank you, I just talked to one of my patients here at work, she is a little over a year post op and said that around 5-6 months she started hitting walls too and didnt loose for sometimes 6weeks so that helped, atelast I have lost some in a month....cant get to discouraged I guess, so yeah, lets keep track of what we are eating and drinking and see if we can come up with some answers!! Thanks for the encouragement!!!
