Close Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

This is for my mother who is 85 years old. She is suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome. I think she got it from years of biking (util she was 80). I am looking to see what we should do.

it works a little, especially in the beginning but is not getting rid of my mother's suffering.
