Close Self-Injury
I have been struggling since I was 5 and I have restrainted for the most part but things are getting rough again.
Treatments
- Group Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- it was easier to talk to people in my age range that had similar problems.
- Outpatient Treatment Program Not Working
- even though i could leave that would be where the problems started.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- currently being followed up.
- Rubber Bands Not Working
- this just didn't work for me.
- Squeezing Ice Not Working
- it was the wrong kind of pain so it didn't work.
- Talking Working / Worked
- I think this works the best of all the treatments.
- Tattoos Working / Worked
- i like what tats can mean or stand for and they do usually quite the urges. they are addictive though
