    • Close Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML)

      I was diagnosed with CML in June 2005 after a routine blood test & have been extremly lucky as I'm on 400mil of Gleevec & every thing seems okay, I get my blood checked every two months & my bone marrow checked every June. I also had prostate cancer in August 2004 & had it removed. So far, so good thanks be to God

      Treatments

      Gleevec Working / Worked
      I had swelling around my face, rashes on my arms & some on my legs. My doctor recommends i stay on 400m for now.
