My daughter and I got the regular flu shot today. I usually get one every year...no big deal. I am still real worried about getting the H1N1 shot and giving it to my daughter (9). I wish i had better answers.
I also did my 3 hour blood glucose screen today. I felt bad all day because of it. Oh, I also went to the chiroprator...my hip was rotated out again and I developed a crick in my neck overnight. I am feeling shot!

It sounds like you need some R&R. I don't think I'm doing the H1N1 shot and my daughter did get the regular flu shot and her doctor won't give kids the H1N1 shot.

My doc said they make the H1N1 shot the same way they make the regular flu shot, they just didn't get the H1N1 strain in time to include it in the regular shot. Not sure about for kids, but my dr's strongly urging me to get the H1N1... I don't normally get flu shots ever, but I am probably going to take her advice. I think it's a tough call either way...
