Ok, so I woke up at 5amish...it's almost 7am now. I have classes in about an hour. Lecture and seminar ..3 fuckin' hours-BLAH!
Anyhoo, I have a nutrition plan for today:
7am: apple, and green tea
12pm: 1 cup steamed carrots, amy's organic barley soup and corn on the cob
3pm: apple
5:30-6pm: 1/2 cup redlentil peppered-2tspn olive oil, corn on cob, and baked potatoe. Steam more carrots or have some lettuce w/ lemon sauce.
Activity: Besides studying (which I have to do lots of this week, I will so my resistance reps, pilates (all 16) and avois binges tonight with cardio, DS, journaling etc...
