Close Gambling Addiction & Recovery
I have been gambling off and on for about 10 years in many different forms. I have gotten past alot of them but I seem to find new ones or eventually go back to the ones I've tried before.
Treatments
- Distancing Somewhat Helpful
- I try to stay away and not think about gambling and it works sometimes for quite awhile. But, eventually, I will get bored and start thinking about it again and wind up thinking I can control myself and go. My slips are farther in between than they used to be, but I'm losing larger amounts of money.
