I'm good. So is my foot. I'm just SUPER tired. Irvin and I have decided to try for twins. I've been looking up all these ways that are "sure" to work. So far, the only ones that have been in all articles are eating yams, having a ton of dairy and breastfeeding.

So, since Vicki "forgot" to pay her part of the cell bill, our phones arent working. We can get calls and texts in, but cant send them out. Totally lame. Anyway just wanted to give you a heads up in case you thought I was trying to ignore you or something.

Close Parenting Newborns & Infants (0-1)
I just had my first child, a boy, Alexander Ortiz Jr. on 8/13/08 he was a week late and he weighed 10.3oz and was 22in long. I had to have an emergency c-section and after he was born the docs noticed he was breathing strangely so he was taken to NICU and had to stay there for a week.

Treatments
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- It works but it is hard to keep with it when you are out and about. It is so easy to just stop off at a Jack-in-the-Box.
- Eat Less Working / Worked
- But it is hard (for me) to stick with that.
- Physical Exercise Considering
- The funny thing is i work in a Gym (child care) and have free membership but i spend so much time there as it is i just don't want to be there anymore. Considering home work out.

My son has just became a toddler on 8/13/09 and i just had is party on 8/16/09 so he is officially a toddler. He is my first child and i need all the help i can get.
