im so sorry i am not that little girl anymore
this is my dad my sister and i with brownie batter on our faces....i am the littlest one with the pigtails...i wanna cry when i c this pic...i am not her anymore...i am so lost

I know exactly how you feel hunny! I feel the exact same way. my entire eating disorder developed out of not wanting to grow up! But I have realized that the little girl we were is still there. She is inside of us, and we need to nurture and care for her. Would you want to starve that little girl with the pig tails and brownie batter? Would you tell her she can't have any brownies? You are still this girl, just older. And you can tap into her likeness again but you must fight ED!
