Type: Loss of a ParentI lost my mother just about 3 months ago now. It still hurts and I miss her heaps. I am a 43 year old disabled woman and she was my carer. It is hard to go on without her.
Treatments
- Crying Too Soon to Tell
- I don't know if it has helped yet. I still cry a lot.
- Getting Angry Somewhat Helpful
- I haven't gone around yelling or screaming my head off but yeah, have had moments.
- Prayer Working / Worked
- I am a christian so yeah, prayer helps a lot. My faith is giving me strength.

- I made a memorial website and it has helped.

- My friends have been great but my best friend has helped a bit.
