About Me
Mother of 4, I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis while I was expecting our fourth child.I decided not to take any medication during the pregnancy because of the unknown. I have gone from very active to limiting my daily activites to what I am able. I went to have Robotic surgery in Houston, Texas for a Thymectomy on October 13th I can't tell you how much better I feel.

Close Myasthenia Gravis
I have Myasthenia Gravis. I am a mother of three boys and one girl. I am 43 years old. I was diagnosed during my fouth pregnancy. It started with my eyes and then throughout my body by March of 2008. My daughter did get Neo Natal Myasthenia Gravis and was in the hosptial for seven weeks. The chances of a mother passing it to a child is less than 100 births a year in the United States. My condition became very severe.
