Treatments
- Bedrest Not Working
- All bedrest ended up doing for my back pain was to highten the muscles spasms in my back as well as weaken my back muscles.
- Chiropractic Adjustment Somewhat Helpful
- I have had to be careful with this one, but it has had a limited possitive resualt.
- Epidural Injection Working / Worked
- As of now this seams to have had the best possitive effect.
- Flexeril Somewhat Helpful
- Helps with the muscle spasums.
- Heat Working / Worked
- Usually helps loosen the stiff back muscles giving limited temporary relief.
- Ibuprofen Somewhat Helpful
- Works in conjunction with Flexeril fairly good.
- Physical Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- Short term help.
- Stretching Somewhat Helpful
- Almost a continues job...lol
