On this site - Having Fibrous Dysplasia, PTSD, Being a survivor of Rape, SA, PA, EA. Also here for OCD, ADHD, ED, Depression, CP, and parenting (I have two high maintenance girls one is special needs the other is a bit of a handful. But I love them both very much.)

- Paxil CR 2 x 14.5 mg tabs daily when I was a teen 17 or so. Stopped taking due to major break down didnt know I had PTSD and seeing abusers effected me so much I didnt know that was why or I would have stayed on it.

- Trazodone Working / Worked

Recently was diagnosed with this and was told to seek out others due to its rare disorder and not much knowledge on it.
Open Chronic Pain
I have Fibrous Dysplasia in my skull and I hope I never get it else where. I have had migraines since age 5 (yes a dr diagnosed me with them at age 5.) I also have had headaches sometimes daily. I am just glad they are not as bad since my surgery to remove the 3 cm tumor in my skull pressing on my brain. I also have stage 3 reverse neck curve which causes many issues it's self.
Treatments
- Acupressure Somewhat Helpful
- It was ok but not that helpful.
- Chiropractic Adjustment Somewhat Helpful
- I am trying it again. Found out my sholder has been messed up for god knows how long which has caused many issues I have had with dropping things and headaches (it causes my neck to get messed up and causes pressure and bad flow of blood thus headaches.)
- Heat Working / Worked
- Hydrocodone Somewhat Helpful
- I can barely stomach T-3's so I wont take anything more or I puke. I also hate narcotics and medication usually it doesn't help enough to make me want to take it.
- Marijuana Working / Worked
- I smoke at night and have a card for it. It has been the one thing to ever help me with no vomiting. And it actually works.
- Morphine Somewhat Helpful
- Made me pass out for 8 hrs but it did help once long ago when I let them try it.
- Naproxen Not Working
- Doesn't help much at all.
- Nerve Blocks Not Working
- Yeah did it once and wont go near a dr whom says to try it again. It made it so much worse for me.
- Oxycodone Working / Worked
- Used a few times when I had some bad hip pain, I guess I almost dislocated my hip so dr said to use it to help along with PT & rest & heating pad. It helped for that big time.
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- Has helped.
- TENS Somewhat Helpful
- It did help but I wont know for sure how much until more visits with the dr and more treatments.
Open Fibromyalgia
Scare I might have it, also a neighbor has it, and some family history of it.

Open Sleep Apnea
I am like 99 % sure I have this and have for most of my life. My dad has it and now I am going to do a sleep test to see if I do for sue have it too. If I do I might have OSA. Will update with I do the test and results come back.

- DR said I will be getting one if I have what I think I have.
- Lose Weight Too Soon to Tell
- Going to start going to the gym 4 days a week. Eat better not like I eat that bad but still. Going to quit caffeine.
