 This is just surreal. I had my second US and there are now two!  Two little embryos, two little yolk sacs, two little heartneats. OMG I can't believe this is really happening. I mean, it always happened but just to someone else I knew. I'm pregnant is enough of a shocker, now I"m pregnant w/ twins.
