TALE OF THE PJ BOTTOMS (AND BRA) Mood
Monday, March 9, 2009 | An Inspiring story

Embarassed

WHICH SHALL WE BELIEVE -- THE SCALE OR OUR CLOTHING?

It's great when we see both results!  But often that scale doesn't budge for weeks.  It's easy to get discouraged unless we suddenly find that something that was out of the question to wear, SUDDENLY FITS.

It's a joke that when our clothes turn up TOO TIGHT, we lament that "it must have shrunk in the dryer!"  Sometimes it did.  BUT NOTHING EVER GOT BIGGER AND LOOSER FROM THE DRYER.

Last Christmas someone gave me a pair of pajamas.  The top fit, but the bottoms were like NO WAY.

It wasn't just "too tight".  These PJ bottoms couldn't begin to get pulled over my belly.  The material was not stretchy and there was no elastic waist band either.  LAST NIGHT I PUT THEM ON AND THEY WERE LOOSE AND COMFORTABLE.  woooohaaaaa WHAT A FEELING!

I also had  a bra size 40 and could n't wear it even with a bra extender.

Now it fits with the extender!

NEXT GOAL; WEAR IT WITHOUT THE EXTENDER.

My 63 year old breasts need SERIOUS help. This bra is "contour", lifts them way high and sexy.  Plus it supports the droopy "heavy" feeling of breasts just lying there on my chest.  THIS IS A MAKE-OVER FOLKS!

    hahahaha! too funny!
but...trust me...i know what you mean about heavy boobs!! wearing a double d cup....was been fun when i was young but...a real DRAG.... as i age!! but hey!! they say duct tape works for everything!! :0
maybe.....we should tape our boobs(via the nipple)up over our shoulder's and attach them to our backs!!! picture that!!!! heeheehee! gotta love it!! lmaorolf!! when you get older...those boobs that were proud and firm ....end up looking like two water filled balloons in a pair of tube socks! mine.... used to look straight ahead! but now....they stare at the floor!! omg!!!!!
and..... forget about laying down naked!!! they go east and west and generally.... end up somewhere around your arm pits!!
a sure sign of stress is.............. putting your bra on backwards......and finding....... it fits!!!!

gOSH it's discouraging what age does! It's extra tough when a woman has had beautiful breasts and now they (as you pointed out) are like deflated balloons. But hey, do what I did--put on a contour bra (hard cups) that are also underwired. Uncomfortable, but we often gotta choose between sexy and comfortable!!

    So fun!
I never had the most beautiful breasts, so I may not be so disappointed when I'm older, but I sure was "deflated" myself after nursing my babies!
A friend once described post-nursing breasts as "empty sandwich bags." Lol. Unfortunately, I found out she was right! :D

Nursing didn't damage my breasts too much, but I only nursed one child and only 2 and a half months. Even tho I was nursing full time (no bottles) and had enough milk, my menstrual cycle returned full force. I couldn't stand "leaking at both ends" so I weaned him! LOL
