started smoking at 15 pretty much daily, 43 years old and just wanted to stop, quit cold turkey.
Treatments
- Cold Turkey Working / Worked
- worked!!!!!cutting back was not an option.
- Prayer Working / Worked
- working I have to pray for strength when things get stressful. now god is my dealer er healer.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- called on a good friend that has been sober 6 years and he turned me on to a doctor that has been sober 26 years went to a couple of AA meeting and told my husband and a few very close friends. worked
