I was hospitalized last October after going to the ER for what I thought was the flu. After running blood test, my lipase levels and white blood cell count was very high, and was hospitalized to try and find the cause. I was diagnosed with pancreatitis, but was a medical mystery as to why. With help form my doc, he has finally zeroed in on the Lyme and I am 3 weeks into my treatment.
