Close Self-Injury
I started cutting when I was 12. My parents had just split, and I was in foster care. I was 13 when I was placed back with my parents, and my dad had re-married. MY new step-mom was very abusive and I dealt with that until I was 16, when I got pregnant and kicked out of my house.

- I've only been trying this option for about a week, so I'm not quite sure. The welting is a relief better than the day-after pain though.

I've JUST been diagnosed with this disease and honestly I'm not 100% sure what it's all about. The doctors used very technical terms, and were'nt very clear.

I was told I had severe depression when I was 5 or 6.

- didn't help me at all. It just made me angry and even more depressed.

- I keep a journal and I write alot of poetry. Writing whe I'm upset keeps me from hurting myself more than I would without writing.

My dad has Dyslexia, too. So he helped me alot when I was younger.

- Vision Therepy definatley helps me. My dad helped me alot, and I can read really fast. My dyslexia doesn't effect me as much now as it did before, but when I get really excited I get my words mixed up and talk funny.

I was diagnosed when I was 4. I've been altering alot of medications, therepies and such. I'm not in therepy anymore. And I don't want to be.
