      Type: Loss of a Relative

      I lost my beloved grandpa few days ago. My whole life just crashed and I can't accept what has happened. I also carry a lots of guilt that I couldn't spend with him his last days plus I probably made wrong decisions about few things that probably contributed to his declining health. I am agonizing after him and it is getting wors every day.

      Treatments

      Crying Not Working
      I start crying and yelling and it goes for hours with no relief.
      Grief Counseling Considering
